  Been going to Panchos a couple of times a year for 20+ years and really like the subtle changes. The rice is no longer black and crispy, the meals don't take all night to come out and we didn't have to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks! Staff were timely, polite and friendly.

  Interesting location and friendly (but over stretched) staff and cheap drinks but no eftpos (seriously it's 2016, a square reader is $20) over priced compared to what else is available on the coast and honestly pretty mediocre meals. They also didn't pay for Spotify premium so you could make a fun drinking game out of the ads every ten minutes.

  A simple birthday dinner for 8.
  Staff were polite. But meals turned up at different times. 2 meals (simple nachos) at a table of 8 turned up after 5 reminders to staff. With an hours wait after everyone else at the table had eaten. Food was a let down once it did arrive. I was a loyal customer of Pancho, always told people to go there.
  Mistakes happen. But tonight was bad enough that they've lost me, and my family as customers.
